RATES
Most rates quoted are for one day charge, but there are exceptions to the rules. Please call for special pricing. To guarantee reservations and equipment needed, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Rates are based on time out no matter if used or not. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Delivery & or PICKUP
Delivery and pickup is available at a nominal fee. Containers are provided for china, flatware, glassware, etc. All these items should be cleaned and re-packed in the same containers. Our delivery personnel are instructed to put all items in a convenient place when delivered. We request that you have all the items back in the same place for pickup. Rates are quoted for gound floor deliveries. Linens should be refuse free and dry to prevent staining and mildew before putting in laundry bags. Tables and chairs should be knocked down and ready for pickup.
All items should be put in a single location as stated above, ready for pickup. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees.
SET UP--TEAR DOWN
Set up and tear down is available at a additional cost if arranged in advance.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
Responsibility of our equipment remain with the customer from the time of delivery (or customer pickup) to time of return. Please keep equipment secure and protected from the weather. We will charge for missing items, breakage, or burned linens.
